This year's camporee will be at Lake Sonoma, just opposite the dam. Ten interesting events are planned. Camping is available Friday night and Saturday night. Check these web pages or the Council Office for more information. The dates are May 4 to May 6, 2001.
This year's theme is SURVIVOR! If you think some of the challenges facing those on the TV shows are difficult, wait 'till you see those facing the Scouts!
Note that each patrol should send one Scout leader to the Cracker Barrel on Friday night for updates and current information. Webelos Den Leaders and an Adult Leader from each Troop should also attend.
Two meetings have been scheduled for Camporee organization. Leaders of each event should attend one of the two meetings to review their events. Note that scoring should be on a 100 point basis with 1 point increments. See you
